Waddell now heads up the residential investment advisory team at Knight Frank, which is responsible for sourcing promising properties in London’s increasingly sophisticated investment market. ‘We want to better serve our clients by giving them really tailored and specific advice based on their own portfolio needs and requirements,’ he tells Spear’s.

Waddell previously spent seven years at Knight Frank before stints at Strutt & Parker and, most recently, OB Private.
