Charles Olver is a bastion of the central south-west London prime property market, an area which boasts some of the UK ’s most prestigious postcodes.
As Knight Frank’s head of Kensington sales and London prime sales, he and his team have been involved in selling some of the capital’s most beautiful homes, including historic houses in Chelsea, Knightsbridge and Belgravia, designer Tom Ford’s former London home, as well as more modern developments.
While the property market may have suffered of late, in part due to geopolitical tensions and new UK non-dom tax rules, Olver has a positive outlook: ‘Despite market conditions, we’ve still generated some record prices that have never been achieved before.’
The property broker has been at Knight Frank since 2008, when he joined the Sloane Avenue office, and earned his partnership position in 2015.
