A connoisseur of the home counties, Knight Frank partner Stuart Cole specialises in northern Surrey and eastern Berkshire. Amid this blend of rural, urban and super-prime suburban real estate, Cole deals with a wide variety of property, from residences and new builds to country estates and land.

Cole tells Spear’s he worked on the sales of four properties – more than £15 million each – across the Wentworth and St George’s Hill estates in 2025, something he says no other agent managed to do.

As well as highlighting interest from international buyers, Cole emphasises there is still homegrown appetite for super-prime property. ‘Buyer nationality has changed a lot over the last two decades, but in the last 12 months we have seen a resurgence of British buyers.’
