Stuart Cole spoke to Spear’s shortly after he’d returned from what sounded like a lively holiday doing the Cresta skeleton run in St Moritz. ‘I’ve got bruises all over my body, and I can’t raise my right arm,’ he said. ‘But I feel invigorated!’ The same was surely true after the month in which he chalked up £65 million of sales.
Cole, who has been with Knight Frank since 2014 and is a partner in the firm’s country department, is a connoisseur of North Surrey and East Berkshire. In this rural/urban interface, he deals with everything from prime to super-prime residential property, land, new homes and country estates.
Having begun his career in Cornwall in 1989, Cole is now also his firm’s ‘ambassador to China’.
