In an industry supercharged by the influence of social media, super prime property agents are finding new avenues through which to reach prospective buyers. Leading the charge is Henry Faun, head of Knight Frank’s private office in the Middle East, who frequently appears on the company’s Instagram page promoting some of London’s glitziest residences to Middle Eastern buyers. Appropriately, his videos are filmed in Arabic – a language he gained fluency in after spending 10 years in the region. 

Now the London-based partner travels to the Middle East every four to five weeks, advising clients from the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Egypt and even Pakistan. He tells Spear’s that interest among buyers continues to remain high in areas of London such as Belgravia and Mayfair; however, next-generation wealth-holders are displaying a preference for new-build properties such as The OWO Residences and The Whiteley.
