Head of Knight Frank’s farms and estates department, Will Matthews sells and assists with the acquisition of some of the finest country property, including rural homes and landed estates, throughout the UK.
Having been with Knight Frank since 2003, Matthews initially worked on the sale of country houses before transitioning over to specialise in prime farms and estates. Since 2022, he has been head of the country department overall, utilising his expertise in every element of the field.
With the ownership of the UK’s countryside ever-changing, so too are the clients Matthews works with. He tells Spear’s: ‘I work with such diverse buyers and sellers. It could be anything from landed gentry to a Euromillions winner.’
