Farrer & Co partner Anna Birtwistle’s employment and partnership law practice includes advising senior executives in the financial services industry and partners at major law firms. Known for her tenacious nature in regards to discrimination cases, industry peers have commented on her ‘client-focused’ approach to litigation.

Indeed, Birtwistle has made her name in whistleblowing and misconduct cases, including acting in the case of Day v Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust [2016] and Day v Health Education England [2017].
