Nick Dunnell

A partner in Farrer & Co’s private client team, Nick Dunnell advises on tax, estate planning and wealth structuring.
He acts for HNWs, families and trustees in the UK and abroad. Dunnell’s role is to help them mitigate their tax exposure and structure their wealth against any potential threats. He frequently acts for family offices, advising mainly on tax, succession and protecting wealth from the risks of divorce, political upheaval, incapacity and death.
Dunnell also advises foreign clients on appropriate structures for holding UK assets, such as property.
Summarising his approach, he tells Spear’s that he enjoys problem-solving and adding value to client relationships.
