A qualified solicitor since 2010, Alexis Hille of Farrer & Co advises HNWs, family offices and trustees, from the UK and elsewhere, on a broad range of wealth structuring, estate and tax planning matters. Her particular specialisms include cross-border tax and succession issues, with a focus on US/UK tax and estate planning.

She also advises on tax disclosures and investigations, with several years’ experience of working with the Liechtenstein Disclosure Facility. In this work, she seeks to strike a proactive approach and remains sensitive to the reputational risks that HNWs can face when seeking to regularise their tax affairs.
