Veteran employment lawyer Richard Fox advises some of the top minds in finance.
The seasoned adviser, who joined Keystone Law in 2023 after a four-decade tenure at Kingsley Napley, said he is motivated by the wide variety of his caseload and the ‘constantly evolving’ nature of the employment law landscape. ‘It’s constant flux – that’s what kept me so interested for three decades.’
His most memorable case was when he acted for a victim who had been subjected to horrendous sexual discrimination at a major bank.
Fox explained to Spear’s that the client thoroughly deserved the substantial settlement he was able to obtain for her. ‘I was particularly pleased that she did not have to go to final hearing and relive her awful experience in front of a tribunal and in a public forum. It made me realise why I was a lawyer and why I chose to specialise in employment law.’
