Irwin Mitchell partner Mark Hands boasts an established practice representing HNW and UHNW clients on a wide range of financial claims on divorce.
Hands is experienced in cases where assets exceed £100 million, and where international assets and trusts are involved. He has handled a great deal of cases for members of the Jewish and Asian communities in the UK, building up a niche practice advising these families.
He frequently works on children disputes, including child abductions and relocation cases, and told Spear’s that he is ‘regarded by many as an expert where there are allegations of narcissistic abuse, including defending allegations where these are falsely made’.
A keen football fan, he has advised several players from England’s Premier League and their ex-partners. ‘I think they value my ability to combine legal advice with an in-depth knowledge of the football industry itself,’ he said.
