Ever since the landmark Supreme Court decisions of Sharland v Sharland and Gohil v Gohil, two 2015 cases which saw wives winning against dishonest husbands, enquiries have ‘streamed in’ for Ros Bever, ‘many from clients of rival law firms seeking second opinions’.
