Irwin Mitchell’s Naomi Neville supports a range of wealthy individuals, families, entrepreneurs and HNWs with the full remit of issues they face around estate planning, inheritance tax, wills, complex trust structures and lasting powers of attorney. She works across the south coast, supporting the firm’s offices in Southampton and Chichester, and became a partner in 2022.

Neville has also gained experience supporting corporate clients, and has worked with National Lottery winners who find themselves needing rapid-fire advice around their newfound wealth. 

She says she finds it gratifying to break down complex tax concepts for clients, and she endeavours to take into account family dynamics and an individual’s personal estate planning goals. Neville trained as a lawyer at Dutton Gregory after gaining a biochemistry degree from the University of Oxford, and subsequently worked at Shoosmiths as a senior associate.
