Pritchard’s willingness to listen to clients and understand what they want sets him apart. ‘It’s too easy to sell them what they “think” they want,’ he explained, ‘but I’ve found great trust from clients in actually making them think twice.’ The method works: half of his client base are referrals from happy customers.
