Chuan Yang ‘CY’ Chee joined UBS in 2011 as a graduate trainee in the bank’s wealth management division. He started as an investment specialist, advising on portfolio construction and asset classes, before becoming a fully fledged client adviser for UHWNs based in Asia and Europe in 2014.

In 2021, CY moved from the global family office team in Singapore to the international team in London and is now primarily focused on investment advisory. His clients include entrepreneurs, financial professionals and family offices who have multi-jurisdictional banking needs and reside in Asia, the Middle East and Europe. He is a CFA and CAIA charter holder and a member of CISI.

On a day-to-day basis, he deals directly with wealthy families who require international and institutional financial advice. In regards to his skillset, Chee says that he is ‘client and service oriented, and values a collaborative relationship with clients and co-workers’.
