Heading the international residential team at JLL, Freya Watson has been at the property firm for just over a year.

Within her first seven months, she was promoted from a member of the residential development team to leading one of their most significant departments. Her current role involves working with residential developers based in the UK and ‘assisting them in accessing the key international markets’ while helping them build ‘effective and efficient international sales and marketing strategies.’

Prior to joining JLL, Watson was based in Hong Kong where she served as an associate director for UK residential development on behalf of Savills.
