As head of projects within JLL’s Hong Kong residential and relocation team, Mandy Wong works closely with landlords of luxury developments to help market and lease their properties. This includes marketing overseas investment opportunities to Hong Kong buyers – with Wong’s team noting a significant spike in interest in both the UK and Japanese property markets. 

Asked to name a particularly memorable project, she points to her work on The Lily: a prestige development in Hong Kong’s sought-after Repulse Bay neighbourhood. ‘The project involved over 100 units and the development of a successful marketing campaign,’ she says. 

As for the most luxurious property, she cites a vast mansion-like house on the beachside Deep Water Bay Road. ‘It just oozed with style,’ she adds.
