As head of strategy and operations within JLL’s Asia Pacific residential property team, Hong Kong-based Mandy Wong works closely with landlords of luxury developments to help market and lease their properties. This includes marketing overseas investment opportunities to Hong Kong buyers – with Wong’s team noting a significant spike in interest in both the UK and Japanese property markets. 

Asked to name a particularly memorable project, she points to her work on The Lily: a prestige development in Hong Kong’s sought-after Repulse Bay neighbourhood. ‘The project involved over 100 units and the development of a successful marketing campaign,’ she tells Spear’s. 

As for the most luxurious property, she cites a vast mansion-like house on the beachside Deep Water Bay Road. ‘It just oozed with style.’
