A major talent on JLL’s Asia Pacific residential desk, Eliza Wang leads the company’s teams of property agents in China, combining a comprehensive understanding of the UK’s property and finance sectors alongside deep-rooted networks within China and the UK’s Chinese business community.

She advises high-net-worth individuals, corporations and state-owned enterprises on international property purchases either for their own use or as part of their investment portfolios. Important markets for her include London and, increasingly, Dubai and Australia.

‘We were the strongest team in terms of selling performance across all the big four agents last year in China. Individual buyers look for everything from holiday homes to full second houses,’ she tells Spear’s, adding that while agents go down to about £400,000, past sales have exceeded £25 million.
