With a career spanning over 25 years in London residential development, Peter is Head of Residential Development for JLL in London and has extensive and unrivalled experience in the London residential development and international sales markets, particularly, the Asia Pacific Region.
He has been actively travelling to Hong Kong, China, Singapore, and Malaysia since the mid-1990s, and is regarded as a pioneer in international project marketing and a market leader in the sale of London residential developments in the Asia Pacific and International and London markets.
He has advised and provided strategic advice for the marketing of some of London’s most high-profile residential developments, from Prime Central London to London’s regeneration areas of Canary Wharf, Stratford and Nine Elms. Peter has acted for many of London’s major developers and house builders including Argent Related, Ballymore, Barratt Developments, Battersea Power Station Development Company, Berkeley Group, British Land, Canary Wharf Group, Clivedale, Dukelease, EcoWorld, Great Portland Estates, Lendlease, Lodha Group, Mount Anvil and Northacre.
Peter and his team have been instrumental in the sale of circa £20 billion in residential development sales since Peter joined JLL in 2011 and have consistently remained at the top of their game; Property Week has awarded JLL ‘International Sales Agent of the Year’ in six of the past eight years. This depth of experience and track record, coupled with exceptional market intelligence and client loyalty, has placed JLL at the forefront of this specialised sector of the market, providing strategic advice on London and International project marketing, residential development consultancy, sales and marketing in the London and International markets.
