As head of international residential sales and investment for JLL’s well-established Hong Kong office, Felix Cheung frequently advises Hong Kong-based buyers looking to purchase the ideal UK property, whether in London or elsewhere. 

Hong Kong residents are already the largest group of foreign buyers in the capital, and Cheung has seen how the relative weakness of the pound (including against the Hong Kong dollar) has driven interest to new heights. Political developments at home, meanwhile, have triggered a new wave seeking to relocate permanently to Britain – in particular to London and the home counties. 

Prior to joining JLL, Cheung worked in the Hong Kong office of Colliers International and as a mortgage underwriter at the Bank of China, specialising in the UK residential market.
