‘The most exciting thing about this job is that I get to work on the biggest and best developments in London,’ says Alex Carr, a director within JLL’s London-based residential developments team. 

Prior to his current role, Carr was a partner at Knight Frank, where he oversaw a team of five specialists focusing on new residential developments within the capital. Previous and current clients include London Square, Berkeley Homes, Northacre, Amazon, Native Land, British Land and Lodha. 

His nearly two decades of industry experience spans London’s core, prime and super-prime markets, and he explains that in recent years has been involved with some of the capital’s most visible projects, including NEO Bankside, One Blackfriars, Abel & Cleland, No. 1 Palace Street, 3-10 Grosvenor Crescent and Ebury Square.
