Lucy Morton
Spear’s Review
Lucy Morton joined JLL in 2014 after its merger with central London property outfit W.A. Ellis, and currently serves as head of the residential agency in the UK.
Morton began her career at Savills in the country house department, later setting up a lettings offering, before joining W.A. Ellis and continuing to specialise in prime central London and super-prime lettings.
During her career, Morton has been heavily involved in campaigning for the regulation of lettings agents and improving standards within the industry. This decades-honed knowledge makes her well positioned to advise tenants and landlords, and help them adjust to the changes outlined in the Renters’ Rights Act 2025, ‘rather than be frightened by it’.
‘We take pride in giving an exceptional customer service,’ she tells Spear’s.
