Tranquility Johnson serves as head of client services at property management and investment firm Dalham.

Prior to joining in 2026, Johnson worked in JLL’s residential developments team, where she advised clients on new-build properties. This followed a stint at Sotheby’s International Realty. Now, Johnson serves as the main point of contact for those looking to have their properties managed in London or those disposing of assets.

‘I have had lots of experience with clients from all over the world,’ she tells Spear’s. ‘I have worked on both the selling side and the buying side, so I have good perspectives from both the developer’s side and an investor’s point of view.

‘Having worked on both sides of the coin, I can explain the process a lot better to people who may not have invested in London previously.’
