A former sales negotiator for Sotheby’s International Realty, Tranquility Johnson joined JLL’s residential developments team in 2015, rising to the rank of director, specialising in prime central London, in 2022. 

In this role, she works on development sales for some of the capital’s most prolific and influential property developers. This includes selling off-plan property and homes (both within central London and more widely) to a portfolio of property investors, buy-to-let landlords and owner-occupiers. 

She frequently deals with domestic and international buyers looking to build or strengthen their London property portfolio. In line with the capital’s vibrant property market, sales can range from £250,000 per unit to much larger prime properties costing upwards of £20 million.
