The head of prime central London residential valuation started her career at Cluttons, where she was an associate surveyor, before joining JLL in 2015. Offering her expertise on matters relating to secured lending, leasehold enfranchisement and taxation, Hunt strives to provide her clients with accurate market-leading advice. ‘It’s always important to be up-to-date with both market regulations and the needs and requirements of clients,’ she notes.

Hunt adds that her team have valued some of the most expensive properties in London, with particular demand in areas such as Notting Hill, Hampstead Village and Holland Park.
