As head of Trowers & Hamlins’ tax and private wealth department, Andrew Sneddon advises on all aspects of real estate and corporate tax. He boasts a diverse spread of clients, ranging from international real estate funds to HNWs, UK corporates, registered providers and local authorities.

During his time at the firm, Sneddon has helped structure and deliver complex and high-profile real estate projects. These often have a cross-border and complex profile and have included cases involving the use of Islamic finance techniques. He also has significant experience of large transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and financing transactions.

Outside of his immediate practice, he is an active member of the Stamp Taxes Practitioners Group, a professional body of more than 200 lawyers, accountants and tax advisers specialising in the subject.
