From Trowers & Hamlins’ Exeter office, Frank Cook advises HNW individuals and families, as well as attorneys, trustees and executors, on all aspects of estate planning. This includes will drafting, asset protection, estate administration, trust creation and management, Court of Protection matters, powers of attorney and agricultural matters.

Acting as trustee to numerous private family trusts, Cook tells Spear’s that he enjoys the responsibility of being the ‘trusted adviser’. He adds that his services are also frequently sought by wealth managers, financial advisers and accountants looking to support their clients during difficult times. Outside of his immediate practice, Cook is a regular speaker at seminars and appears in the media to comment on current affairs relating to private client matters.
