Charles Olver is a stalwart of the central south-west London prime property market as Knight Frank’s office head in Chelsea.
He and his team have been involved in selling some of the capital’s most beautiful homes, including historic houses in Chelsea, Knightsbridge and Belgravia, designer Tom Ford’s former London home, as well as more modern developments.
Olver has been at Knight Frank since 2008, when he joined the Sloane Avenue office, developing his in-depth knowledge of the same streets ever since. He was made proprietary partner in January 2024 and has since been promoted to head of prime sales.
