Will Matthews is Knight Frank’s head of farms and estates, selling and assisting with the acquisition of rural landed property throughout the UK.
Matthews has been with Knight Frank for more than 20 years, initially working on the sale of prime country houses before moving to specialise in prime farm and estates 10 years ago. He was made head of the team on Clive Hopkins’ retirement after 34 years with the company in 2022.
Matthews – known to his friends as Stan – hopes to carry on Hopkins’ good work with an expanded team and welcomes a fresh influx of new buyers interested in agricultural property.
