Will Matthews is Knight Frank’s head of farms and estates, selling and assisting with the acquisition of rural homes and landed estates throughout the UK.
Matthews has been with Knight Frank for more than 20 years, initially working on the sale of prime country houses before moving to specialise in prime farm and estates over the latter half of his career. He was made head of the team on Clive Hopkins’ retirement after 34 years with the company in 2022.
At the time of his appointment, Matthews said that he hoped to carry on Hopkins’ good work with an expanded team and welcome a fresh influx of new buyers interested in agricultural property. A few years on, he seems to have found success and frequently advises on country properties with values exceeding £10 million.
