Family Law
Vardags was founded by Ayesha Vardag (top flight) to bring City rigour to family law. The firm has worked at the cutting edge for almost two decades, acting in many of the biggest cases to go through the family courts, and it has a history of record-making victories.

It was Vardags that changed English law in 2010 to make prenuptial agreements enforceable; that acted in England's first concluded family law arbitration; and secured some of the highest-ever court awards for spouses, including the largest-ever award after a foreign divorce. The Children Team also broke legal ground to secure posthumous fertility treatment for a recently bereaved family.
