As head of the children department in Vardags’ family law practice, partner Caroline Korah advises on all aspects of domestic and international children law.

Fluent in English, French and Spanish, Korah often handles cases involving international disputes, multiple jurisdictions and relocation. Recent cases have included international child abductions, as well as matters involving mental health issues and medical records.

Korah trained and spent nearly 11 years at Dawson Cornwell in its international children department before joining Vardags in 2021. She is frequently quoted by the media and has commented on controversial topics such as the use of smart home technology to obtain recordings in divorce and child arrangement proceedings.
