As a member of the firm’s residential real estate team, Devall-Douglas specialises in residential property sales, acquisitions and refinancing, both in central London and the city’s more affluent areas. Recent successes include acting on an £8.5 million purchase in south-west London and negotiating an option agreement on a £7 million purchase in Hampstead.

Clients include HNWs and family offices, as well as developers, investors, offshore corporate entities and private landlords.
