Vernor-Miles specialises in high-value and complex property, including landed estates and agricultural property. His career started in 1995, but he only knew he had become a trusted adviser when, ‘in the absence of any marketing expenditure, I was introduced to numerous new clients by existing satisfied clients’.

James is a Partner and Head of the Residential Property department at Hunters. He specialises in property and landed estates work, and also has extensive experience in acting for charity trustees and commercial property clients, whom he advises regularly in connection with the sale, lease, purchase and development of land. Additionally, James advises a number of charities on matters other than property.

James’ clients include HNW and UHNW individuals, property investors, agricultural land owners and landed estates, private and off-shore trustees, charities, residential property management companies and professional practices. He is also very pleased to take regular instructions from private home buyers and sellers.
