Mary Elliott

With over 30 years’ experience, Mary is a Partner in the Private Client department at Hunters. She advises individuals, families and trustees on all aspects of UK private client work, including tax and succession planning, wills, and complex trust and corporate structures. Mary has acted in Variation of Trusts Act applications and serves as a trustee for numerous family trusts. She also advises grant-making charities. Known for her long-standing client relationships, Mary takes time to understand each client’s personal and family dynamics, believing that continuity, trust and collaboration are essential to delivering the most effective and tailored legal advice.
