Howard Kennedy partner Elizabeth Morley attained degrees in law and German before embarking on a career in contentious litigation. She now advises across a wide range of commercial and cross-border disputes, as well as privacy and defamation issues relating to online and print media.

She works with clients in relation to copyright and GDPR issues and has acted on behalf of intervening parties on cases involving issues of privacy and freedom of expression before the European Court of Human Rights.
