Howard Kennedy senior associate Olalla Garcia-Arreciado is a registered foreign family lawyer with a Spanish qualification, giving her a unique niche in assisting both English-speaking clients with interests in Spain and Spanish-speaking clients with interests in the UK. It’s something that she applies to a practice that covers much of the nuts and bolts matters of UHNW separation.

‘My main focus has been assisting both private clients and other top-tier law firms with cases of divorce and separation, choices of forum and jurisdictional disputes, financial relief proceedings, nuptial agreements, private children matters, injunctions, cohabitation and enforcement of orders locally and abroad,’ she says.

She also undertakes work relating to issues of international conventions, European regulations and foreign law.

In 2024, Garcia-Arreciado received the International Academy of Family Lawyers European Chapter Young Lawyers Award.
