Katherine Res Pritchard, a partner in Howard Kennedy’s family team, has built her career navigating the most complex and sensitive issues in private children law. A specialist in cross-border disputes, she regularly works across jurisdictions to advise on high-stakes international relocation cases, including applications under the Hague Conventions, as well as abduction and adoption.

Her domestic practice is no less intricate, covering everything from child arrangements following divorce or separation to allegations of abuse to surrogacy and fertility law.
