Katherine Res Pritchard, a partner in Howard Kennedy’s family team, has built her career navigating the most complex and sensitive issues in private children law. A specialist in cross-border disputes, she regularly works across jurisdictions to advise on high-stakes international relocation cases, including applications under the Hague Conventions, as well as abduction and adoption.
