Naomi O’Higgins is the head of trusts and estate disputes at Howard Kennedy. She specialises in helping HNW clients with a variety of different issues, including breach of trust claims and beneficiary disputes. 

O’Higgins is an expert when it comes to litigation with cross-border elements. She has significant experience working alongside lawyers in offshore jurisdictions – including the Channel Islands, the Cayman Islands, the British Virgin Islands, the Bahamas and Switzerland – and is well versed in Court of Protection work. She also advises on inheritance disputes, which includes challenging wills and the removal of executors. 

O’Higgins is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists, and is dual qualified, having been admitted in Ireland in 2017.
