Monika Byrska is a partner at Howard Kennedy, where she specialises in will, trust and estate disputes. Acting for private clients and trustees, Byrska advises on a range of contentious trust and probate matters, including Inheritance Act claims, will challenges and trust disputes. 

As a Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners-qualified practitioner, she is well placed to assist with the contentious and non-contentious aspects of estate administration. 

Byrska has a background in linguistics and interpretation and can speak English and Polish, with a good knowledge of German and Spanish, which enables her to advise a wide variety of international clients. 

She is a full member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists.
