Emily Mailer is a trust and estates dispute specialist who works on UK and international cases. As a consultant at Howard Kennedy, her work involves cases relating to the validity of wills, breach of trust claims and applications to remove both executors and trustees. 

Mailer is highly experienced and is regularly asked to speak at conferences and seminars. In addition to this, she often writes for national publications about the issues surrounding inheritance disputes. 

She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS).
