Juliet Young, a partner and reputation manager at Schillings, specialises in business and personal investigations, working with lawyers and communications advisers to find the right information to protect her clients and prevent reputational blows.

Young has over two decades of experience in investigations, having spent time at cyber and intelligence firms as well as the government's Serious Fraud Office. At Schillings, has spearheaded the creation of a database of junk news sites which perpetrators use to spread misinformation and harm the reputations of individuals.

Young's pragmatism helps her clients to feel reassured in the throes of a crisis, or when putting preventative measures in place. 'I'm a big believer that a strategy is always underpinned by good information, and so my background as an investigator allows me to be a very good strategist,' she tells Spear's.
