Former journalist Lily Kennett continues to leverage her investigative nous in her role at Schillings, where she works with family offices, corporate leaders and high-profile individuals to recognise – and then manage – reputational threats. ‘Reputation, privacy and security are deeply personal, and these issues often accompany moments of upheaval and vulnerability,’ she says. ‘In those circumstances, we seek to help clients regain and maintain a sense of control and look beyond the immediate issue to consider their long-term strategy.’

As well as counteracting threats from the media, Kennett works with clients to pinpoint areas that might affect their long-term reputational and privacy interests. ‘Something that I care about very deeply is the integrity of information that is in the public domain.
