George Pascoe-Watson

Former journalist George Pascoe-Watson spent more than two decades at the Sun before leaving the paper for the communications agency Portland, where he was a senior partner and subsequently chairman.
In 2023, Pascoe-Watson joined Schillings as a founding partner of the firm’s new consultancy business, Schillings Communications, alongside Victoria O’Byrne.
‘Increasingly, we’re seeing people take counsel from us on how they can best prepare their reputations resiliently to thrive in this new world where reputation is the most valuable asset of any,’ he tells Spear’s.
‘If it were a commodity, you would invest in it ... You have to invest in your reputation, and then deploy this asset once you have invested in it.’
