Operating in London, the UK countryside and beyond, the firm has four departments: London buying, London sales, country buying, and estates and special projects. 

Its end-to-end buying service includes property search, advice on value and negotiation, due diligence ahead of exchange, completion services and post-completion advisory. Middleton’s London sales team establishes a selling strategy, carries out valuations, advises through the viewing, negotiation and completion phases, and continues to offer support after completion.  

The estates and special projects team covers sporting estates, residential farms, commercial farmland, estate management, sale management and trustee/family office services.
