Tom Hudson co-founded property agency Middleton Advisors in 2007, observing a five-point mantra: focus, independence, trust, diligence and knowledge. ‘It’s a way of encapsulating how we’re different to other people,’ he tells Spear’s. ‘For me, the most important thing is trust.'

Hudson, who was endorsed by a top industry peer as ‘incredibly discreet’, also heads up the firm’s estates and special projects department. It’s here where he has identified and acquired a number of farms and sporting estates in the UK, and advises on residential property matters, including acquisition, staffing and security, development and divestment.

‘Our client list is very strong, so we’re just out hunting very hard for houses,’ he adds.
