Mark Crampton, who joined Prime Purchase in August 2025 after a decade at Middleton Advisors, advises high-net-worth clients searching for country residences and second homes – in Surrey, West Sussex and East Berkshire in particular.
He specialises in off-market opportunities, noting that roughly 30 to 40 per cent of acquisitions are private. ‘What my clients really appreciate is the tactical advice, and me working at the top end of the market, £3 million to £20 million,’ he tells Spear’s.
Crampton values long-term relationships, often seeing properties ‘three or four times as they come back to me’. Reflecting on his career, he says: ‘I think I’m now in the sweet spot in my career where I can take a step back, and look at the market with both enthusiasm and experience.’
