James Moran

James Moran is head of London sales at Middleton Advisors. Moran started working for Winkworth in 1998 and bought into the company three years later. Moran then ran the business for 20 years before he was approached by Middleton, which asked him to build up its sales department.
Due to his extensive experience, Moran is able to advise a broad range of clients, including family offices and foreign buyers building investment portfolios, focusing on Westminster and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.
In defining his approach, the former Harlequins rugby player has said that he develops a bespoke campaign for each property that he brings to market, a tactic that Middleton fully supports.
