Caroline Korah advises on all aspects of family law at Vardags. Particular interests include financial resolution and children law.

Fluent in English, French and Spanish, Korah often handles cases involving international disputes, multiple jurisdictions and relocation. Recent cases have included international child abductions, as well as matters involving mental health issues and medical records.

She is frequently quoted by the media on family law cases, for example commenting in the Sunday Times on the use of smart home technology to obtain recordings in divorce and child arrangement proceedings.

Regarded as a ‘Next Generation Partner’, Korah advises on all aspects of children law. Leading the firm’s Children Team, she specialises in complex, cross-border children cases. Korah is known for her sensitive but tenacious, no-nonsense approach. 

She has a wealth of expertise, including child arrangements and relocation, parental child abduction (Hague and non-Hague), enforcement of foreign orders, injunctions, protection orders and school choice disputes. Notably, Korah acted in the first child abduction case to make use of the 1996 Hague Convention on Parental Responsibility and Protection of Children in England and Russia. In 2023, she was named one of the UK’s top 50 leading lights for kindness and leadership.
