Regarded as a ‘Next Generation Partner’, Korah advises on all aspects of children law. Leading the firm’s Children Team, she specialises in complex, cross-border children cases. Korah is known for her sensitive but tenacious, no-nonsense approach. 

She has a wealth of expertise, including child arrangements and relocation, parental child abduction (Hague and non-Hague), enforcement of foreign orders, injunctions, protection orders and school choice disputes. Notably, Korah acted in the first child abduction case to make use of the 1996 Hague Convention on Parental Responsibility and Protection of Children in England and Russia. In 2023, she was named one of the UK’s top 50 leading lights for kindness and leadership.
