Shaun Lacey boasts more than 35 years’ experience in private banking and currently spearheads Rathbones in Guernsey. He specialises in managing the wealth of local and overseas HNW clients, especially those who own offshore trusts and company structures.
Lacey joined Investec Wealth & Investment in 2001. Prior to that, he spent 12 years at MeesPierson as a director and was managing director at Havelet Asset Management. He has also served as executive director for Leopold Joseph Private Bank’s trust and corporate services arm.
He has a fifth-degree black belt in karate, having practiced martial arts for more than 40 years. The French and German speaker is also active within the industry, being a past president of the CISI’s Guernsey branch.
