Vardags partner Robert Hines specialises in contentious family cases, frequently representing homemakers, sportspeople, family offices, entrepreneurs and city professionals. 

The former Mishcon de Reya and Penningtons Manches Cooper associate has particular expertise in advising HNW and UHNW clients with financial disputes, many of which involve significant disclosure issues and multiple jurisdictions, as well as complex trust or other business structures. He has also advised on cohabitation disputes and children matters. 

Hines is a founding member of the Family Law Agreements Group, an association of lawyers from family law practices looking to create a client-focused approach to nuptial, separation and cohabitation agreements. He is also a founding member of the Private Client Advisors Network, a networking group for lawyers supporting HNW and UHNW private clients.
