US-based Winston & Strawn and Taylor Wessing in the UK have merged to create Winston Taylor.

The move creates a 1,400-lawyer strong firm with offices across the UK and Europe, the United States, Latin America and the Middle East. The two firms have more than 400 years of combined experience in varied practice areas: Winston & Strawn is recognised for its litigation prowess as well as regulatory, intellectual property and corporate finance work, while Taylor Wessing excels in the life sciences and technology sector, as well as private wealth and intellectual property.
