Head of the real estate team at Taylor Wessing, Jerry Parks acts for a diverse pool of clients ranging from property investors and developers to prominent figures in sport and entertainment.
He began his career in Dubai in 1997 and since then has advised on a host of legal issues including real estate disputes, arbitration and private investment. Well versed in Islamic finance, he has built a client base of both international HNWs and those based in the Middle East.
His knowledge of the intricacies of Islamic law and finance also leaves him equipped to work alongside the Dubai International Arbitration Centre, where Parks often ‘oversees litigation conducted by local advocates in local courts’.
